On Site / Field Evaluation for Sales and Customer Service
Dependent on the program chosen by you the customer, one of our team will spend two days either on site for a customer service observation period or with field sales reps to evaluate sales style and techniques. From these evaluations a somewhat customized program will be developed to develop and/or improve skills. The training will involve on line reading assignments, online video training and in-house (customer location or regional hotel & conference area) training and role playing to hone team member skills. (Costs will be quoted prior to program development)
