AHS will conduct a brief conference call with your management team to gain an understanding of the organization’s strengths and areas requiring improvement as they relate to communication, collaboration and working together. This will be followed up with a written proposal and subsequent video conference with key managers to address questions and modify directions to meet your team’s needs. There will be a fee of $500.00 for this consultation which will be credited to your account when the program proceeds.
