On Site:
Invest in day to day interaction with your management team
Dependent on the program chosen by you the customer, one of our team will spend two or three days on site observing meetings and team interaction. From these evaluations a somewhat customized program will be developed to build team interaction, cooperation and collaboration related to management of the organization. The training will involve on line reading assignments, on line video training and inhouse (customer location or regional hotel & conference area) training and role playing to hone team member skills. (Costs will be quoted prior to program development)
